My daughter Emily, granddaughter Kaylee, and I, along with numerous friends, are joining CancerCare Manitoba Foundation’s 17th annual Challenge for Life because we believe in our ability to make a difference!  We are honored to partake in this event in memory of my late husband Don, who courageously battled cancer until 2021. Don experienced extraordinary care from CancerCare Manitoba, where he received the finest treatments with utmost compassion. Our participation not only honors his legacy but also provides hope for the future of all cancer patients.

Being participants in this event means we are committed to improve our overall health and reduce our own risk of cancer. We have also committed to raise at least $250 each in the fight against cancer to help support cancer prevention, detection, treatment, research and education at CancerCare Manitoba.
