We are taking the Challenge - CancerCare Manitoba Foundation's 17th annual Challenge for Life - because we can!

I am taking the Challenge for my wife Iris. She was diagnosed with Cancer Stage 2 in January 2022, first surgery in February 2022, Chemotherapy May 2022-September 22 and final surgery in January 2023. She has had many ups and downs, but is slowly getting her energy back and so far the doctors have declared her "stable". We are thankful that she has gotten this far. Iris is going to ride again this year as well. Last year was quite tough on her, but she managed to finish. So hopefully this year will be easier. If you can support us, we would truly appreciate it. We are also taking this Challenge for dear friends of ours, who are or have gone through treatment. We support you and hope you keep fighting the good fight.
