I am taking the Challenge – CancerCare Manitoba Foundation's 17th annual Challenge for Life for the 17 th time – because I can❗
Being a participant means I am committed to improve my overall health and reduce my own risk of cancer. I have also committed to raise at least $250 in the fight against cancer to help support cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research and education at CancerCare Manitoba for all Manitobans with cancer.
CancerCare Manitoba is dedicated to excellence in care, providing the latest treatments available for those diagnosed and living with cancer and blood disorders and improving cancer outcomes for all Manitobans.
Join me in the Challenge or support me with a donation! Together, we can change the course of cancer in Manitoba.
This past year, I’ve been told of too many people who have received a cancer diagnosis. But unlike 19 years ago when my team Nancy’s Nightingales and I walked for 2 days for a total of 60 km, more and more people have treatment choices with positive outcomes. This is possible in part by the care received in Manitoba. Through research and state of the art care, more and more of our friends and relatives are living longer and with good quality to their lives.
Thank you for your generosity and supporting me all these years. Times are difficult right now, but every little bit counts. My goal this year is to raise $1 than last year. I’ll walk, if you send in a donation.
Thank you in advance‼
