I will be walking 20k this June 1st in support of raising money for CancerCare Manitoba. Cancer is a word that no-one wants to hear, and over the past few months it has been word used with friends and coworkers.
The best way I can support my friends, is to raise funds to help research and treatments to cure cancer.
If you are able to make a donation to support this cause, I would truly appreciate it.
I am taking the Challenge – CancerCare Manitoba Foundation's 17th annual Challenge for Life – because I can!
Being a participant means I am committed to improve my overall health and reduce my own risk of cancer. I have also committed to raise at least $250 in the fight against cancer to help support cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research and education at CancerCare Manitoba for all Manitobans with cancer.
CancerCare Manitoba is dedicated to excellence in care, providing the latest treatments available for those diagnosed and living with cancer and blood disorders and improving cancer outcomes for all Manitobans.
Join me in the Challenge or support me with a donation! Together, we can change the course of cancer in Manitoba.
