Jack was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at 3 years old. Since then, he has been in and out of Children's hospital undergoing procedures and treatments. He has a long road ahead of him but he has an amazing team of people behind him. The strength he has shown has blown us all away! Recently we celebrated his 4th birthday and look forward to watching him live a long and healthy life. Your support to Manitoba CancerCare Pediatrics would mean the world to us.
