On January 22, 2020, John lost the fight against colorectal cancer. Our dad was a dedicated and loving family man and a cherished friend. His vibrant spirit and unwavering strength touched the lives of many, and we want his legacy to continue to inspire us all. 

In honor of John’s memory and his fight against cancer, each year, we organize the John Cabral Invitational golf tournament, a tradition that brings together family, friends, and supporters to celebrate John's life and raise vital funds for CancerCare Manitoba. This organization played a significant role in John’s journey, providing exceptional care and support during his battle against colorectal cancer.

Our annual golf tournament is more than just a game; it is a day of remembrance, solidarity, and hope. We come together to enjoy a sport that John loved, while also contributing to a cause that aims to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.
