Manitoba Dragon Boat Festival is hosted on the historic site of The Forks where the Red River meets the Assiniboine River. We are located on the riverbank, north of The Forks market close to the Esplanade Riel Bridge. There will be many tents set up around this site with the dragon boats docked down on the river.

The flower and pebble ceremony will take place along the Red River. A large crowd and live music will help lead this festival signature event. Paddlers and members of the public are invited to toss a flower or pebble into the water as a tribute to loved ones whose lives have been affected by cancer. Proceeds from the sale of the flowers and memorial rocks go directly to help Manitoba kids with cancer.

The closing ceremonies and award presentation will take place after the last race. Once the location is confirmed, it will be listed here. Awards for the top teams in their respective categories are handed out, so please make sure not to miss this one!
