I am taking the Challenge – CancerCare Manitoba Foundation's 16th annual Challenge for Life – because I can! 

I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer on January 5, 2022. After undergoing surgery in February 2022, 8 chemotherapy sessions and another surgery in January 2023, I am finally on my way.

I am thankful that I made it this far and am going to try to ride with my husband Ken the 20 km bike ride. I am still recovering, but am going to try my best to do this as this has affected me personally.
