CancerCare Manitoba is an organization that I have always supported, believed in, and sat on their committees. Not only do I believe in the life-changing work that is done by those who work within the organization, I have always known someone who fought their hardest in their battle with cancer. These last few months cancer has hit close to home, closer than I would like. I am taking the Challenge – CancerCare Manitoba Foundation's 16th annual Challenge for Life – because I can! 

Being a participant means I am committed to improve my overall health and reduce my own risk of cancer. I have also committed to raise at least $250 in the fight against cancer to help support cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research and education at CancerCare Manitoba for all Manitobans with cancer.

CancerCare Manitoba is dedicated to excellence in care, providing the latest treatments available for those diagnosed and living with cancer and blood disorders and improving cancer outcomes for all Manitobans.
