I’ve joined the Equitable Care team for Challenge for Life! Equitable Care is critical in the Patient Journey. Every Patient should feel heard, valued and safe regardless of their background. As a proud Metis Woman and CCMB Employee, I promote and support equitable access to quality healthcare every day I walk through the doors.

 This year, I am once again doing Challenge for Life to help reduce my personal risk of cancer, as well as to raise money and awareness for fellow Manitobans living with Cancer. This year I will be walking the 20k at Assiniboine Park and will be joined by my 16-year-old daughter and my 18-year-old niece.
 
I am honored to be the CCMB Staff Ambassador for another year.
