Challenge your family, friends and colleagues to a fundraising duel. Be the first to reach $500 then on Saturday, June 10 beat them to the finish line or challenge them to a sweat-off during 200 minutes of fitness!
Back for its second year at Challenge for Life 2.0 is the Work It exercise extravaganza! You will Work It for 200 non-continuous minutes of aerobics to CrossFit to zumba, and everything in between.
Join fellow Manitobans in the workout or walk of your life, reduce your personal risk of cancer, and bring awareness to the work being done at CancerCare Manitoba on behalf of Manitobans living with all cancers.

Want to avoid muscle stiffness after your walk or workout? Come join the fun and friendly staff from the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, at the Work-It tent for a quick and easy instructor lead stretch session. Your body will thank you for it!
Stretching after exercise, especially long periods of exercise like the Challenge for Life Events, can help bring your muscles back to their original state, avoid muscle cramps and relieve muscle and join stiffness.
The closing ceremonies are a joyful, meaningful celebration that provides an opportunity for all to reflect on what brought us here and what Challenge for Life means for all Manitobans.
