Thank you for visiting my page - Healing Minds, Healing Bodies. Through this initiative, I am turning my passion for Yoga, and the skills I’ve developed as a teacher, into support for a good cause.

Since 2017 our community has come together though yoga to raise over $34,000 for patient care, support and research. 100% of all money raised is donated directly to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation and stays in Manitoba.

Events have included outdoor classes in Riding Mountain National Park, Mom & Baby Yoga, Professional Development Days, Kids Yoga, wellness workshops and Karma classes in elementary & high schools.
